happy thursday friends! i want to start by saying, if you have zero interest in what to bring in a hospital bag if you’re having a baby, you can skip this post — it’s not for you [no offense!]. go ahead and check out tuesday’s plea to add more arugula into your life or monday’ picks from the nordstrom sale. anyways, since packing my hospital bag is *clearly* top of mind lately, i’m sharing what i picked up from target to put in that puppy. majority of the items i’m bringing are actually from target, for a number of reasons. one, i love target. two, it’s highly accessible, and i can pick up items in store or have them shipped to my house. three, i love target. let’s get down to business, shall we? here’s what i’ve ordered or picked up:
- pajamas/comfies [love the new auden/stars above/colsie brands]
- nursing bras
- robe(s) — i LIVED in a robe, nursing bra, and sweats during my first maternity leave. my hope is to be able to nurse this kid like i did logan, and robes are easy access.
- flip flops
- slippers
- nursing pads – i always used the target brand disposable ones with logan and they worked well!
i’ve linked some of the items i’ve either ordered or am looking at ordering above [i’ve already got the pink robe, and three or four button up pj dresses, nursing pads, etc.]. i’m working on a comprehensive packing list i’ll be posting in the very near future, so if you have reco’s, send them my way!
