who is kelsey?
i live in minnesota [born and raised]. i’m the girl that remembers specific events by what I wore, meaning that style to me is pure nostalgia. it’s so ingrained in the fabric of our lives that I can’t help but be immersed in it. new trends, how to style them, what it all means for consumer behavior and the economy — here’s where you will find my take on it. i’m a firm believer that everyone has style; you just need to own it.
i’m married to my high school sweetheart [cue the “awwww”s, but we are just a pretty normal couple who happened to meet in 7th grade]. we have one beautiful 4 year old daughter, logan, and a little guy, cole who is 2.
i work for everyone’s fave retailer – yep, target! finance by day – and night – and mom-llennial by, well, day and night as well. my career is extremely fulfilling, and I thoroughly enjoy having the career side to me. this blog is the ability to exercise my creative side since i get my fill of the “numbers” on a daily basis. oh, and i decided i didn’t have enough going on, so i launched a little shop as well. check out imwearingpunch.com for cheeky, custom, and curated items to elevate your everyday.
